Southwest Adult High School

Southwest Adult High School

Washington County Adult Education/Southwest High School is offering a lot of “new” for anyone 16-years-old and up seeking a high school diploma, GED, to improve adult basic education skills or learn the English language. The school has a new administrator- Sheri Fisher, a new look and even a new site opening this year in Hurricane. With all of this "new," it is still the best place for people to get their high school diploma or GED. Because of grants and State funding, tuition cost is only $40 for an entire year. Southwest High offers a flexible schedule and year-round orientation with open entry/open exit classes. The staff can help students increase career opportunities, prepare for college and trade schools or even teach how to assist your own children with school work. Registration began Aug. 1.
