The Washington County School District is currently accepting proposals and vendor information for new a District-Wide Telecommunications System. The District may award the contract to a single contractor for the entire system. A Non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Vendor Conference is scheduled for Tuesday August 3, 2010 at 10AM at the above address. Vendors are limited to a maximum of 2 attendees. For security and planning purposes, please email your RSVP to Mark Hoss at the email address above providing the names of the attendees.

If you are interested in providing a proposal for this contract for the District, we are asking that your sealed proposal be received at the District's main office up to the hour of 4:00pm MST, Friday, August 20, 2010. Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside - "SEALED PROPOSAL FOR DISTRICT-WIDE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM" - "DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL"

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, supervision and incidentals required for the above stated project.
