ZIONS BANK MAGIC OF SAVING VIDEO CONTEST

The opportunity is open to students ages 13-18 affiliated with a school in Utah or Idaho. Students make a 60-second video around the yearly theme "Magic of Saving". Applicants may win up to $1,000 plus a matching cash prize for their school.

Videos must be submitted by the first of March. Winners will be selected online by popular vote. Go to the web-site for contest rules and other details.

Powell Ranger District, Dixie National Forest, Panquitch, Utah (update February 2012)

Graduating seniors are encouraged to apply for seasonal summer employment. The Powell Ranger District is headquartered in Panguitch, Utah. The District employs approximately 20 permanent employees and between 20 and 30 temporary employees. There are 5O employees stationed in the office as well, three (3) permanent and one to two (1 to 2) temporary (Panguitch Engineers). The District encompasses the Mount Dutton, Red Canyon, and Paunsaugunt Plateau areas. Elevations vary between 6,200 feet near Otter Creek State Park to 11,041 feet on Mount Dutton.
