School-based occupational therapists collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to either remediate or provide accommodations in areas that impact a student\u2019s ability to access their curriculum.\u00a0 Some of the areas of expertise include fine motor skills, visual perception, self-care tasks, and sensory processing.\u00a0 Services are provided through direct intervention, consultation, or classroom modifications, and are always aligned with a student\u2019s IEP or 504 Plan.
