After viewing, give a copy of your certificate to your assigned school nurse.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodallergyacademy.org\/course\/save-a-life-recognizing-and-responding-to-anaphylaxis-2025-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Save a Life:Recognizing and responding to Anaphylaxis 2025-26<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Many of our students have a known allergy, with an Allergy &amp; Anaphylaxis Emergency Plan (AAEP) form on file. Review the<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>Allergy &amp; Anaphylaxis Emergency Plan<\/em><span>\u00a0<\/span>form,<a href=\"https:\/\/heal.utah.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/AAEAP-9-3-24.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span><em>\u00a0here<\/em><\/span>.<\/a>This form must be completed, signed by parent\/guardian and healthcare provider, and be submitted to the school.<\/p>\n<p>Utah law allows trained individuals to administer\u00a0 STOCK epinephrine to those suspected of experiencing a severe allergy that DO NOT have a specific AAEP on file.
