What is the law? (Liability of Parent or Legal Guardian for Utah)\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washk12.org\/transportation\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2023\/03\/liablility_law.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Utah State Legislature 78-11-20 Liability Law\" rel=\"noopener\">Utah State Legislature 78-11-20<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>We live in a rural area\u2026the bus doesn\u2019t come out this far\u2026 what might I do?\n<ul>\n<li>An initial application,\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/procedure.washk12.org\/forms\/600\/602\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Form #602\">Form #602<\/a>)\u00a0must be completed and submitted each school year to transportation for approval.
