NOTICE REGARDING WELLNESS PROGRAM

Washington County School District Employee Wellness Incentive Program is a voluntary participation-based wellness program available to all employees and their families. The program is administered according to federal rules permitting employer-sponsored wellness programs that seek to improve employee health or prevent disease, including the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, as applicable, among others. If you choose to participate in the wellness program you will not be required to submit any personal health information.  You are not required to complete a Health Risk Assessment or to participate in blood tests or other medical examinations.  There is no mandatory tracking.  A Qualtrics survey will be sent at the end of each month for participation in the mini-challenges. Those that participate will be entered into a monthly drawing.

Also, employees and spouses are welcome to join our WCSDWellness Facebook Group and share with us the amazing things you are doing to improve your health! This is not a requirement for the wellness program.  Have fun, get involved, and motivate others to do the same!

Additional incentives of drawings for door prizes may be available for employees who participate in certain health-related activities or challenges. If you are unable to participate in any of the activities or mini-challenges, you may be entitled to reasonable accommodation or an alternative standard. You may request a reasonable accommodation or an alternative standard by contacting the wellness team at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
