Washington County School District has partnered with Waterford Upstart to provide our PreK children with an on-demand early learning program that gives you tools, coaching, and resources so you can prepare your child for a bright future.

Program Benefits:

• Tailored software with fun and engaging lessons in reading, math, and science that are done in just fifteen minutes a day

• Personalized family coaching and easy-to-use resources that support the work you’re already doing with your child

• A computer and internet access for those who qualify

Help Me Grow Utah is an information and referral network that provides parents with the knowledge and resources needed to make a difference in a child’s life.

Vroom provides tools highlighting the science behind early brain development and empowering parents to turn everyday activities, like bath time and mealtime, into brain building moments for children.

It’s critical to help build a child’s brain with high-quality interactions to make sure their future is bright—at home, in the classroom, and as Utah’s leaders of tomorrow.

211 provides people with ways to get help, and give help. By simply dialing 2-1-1, callers can connect to health and human resources they need, such as housing and utility assistance, food resources, legal aid, and more. As well as find meaningful volunteer opportunities.

The Utah Education Network addresses early childhood needs and resources for students, parents and caregivers with the Preschool Path Library, an online collection of high quality educational resources.

CDC’s “Learn the Signs. Act Early.” program and free tools encourage parents to learn the signs of healthy development, monitor child’s early development, and to take action when there is a concern.
