Post High School provides a coordinated set of activities based on individual student needs that help facilitate movement toward post-secondary goals to include:

• Education/Instruction
• Career/Employment Development
• Post-School Adult Living
• Community Experiences
• IEP Related Services (Speech, OT, PT, etc.)

As students attend and get closer to their exit date we will modify their schedules and they will be phased out of the Post High program and into the program or life situation that will best serve them. We are looking for a seamless Transition into adult life.
